Your data, handled with care.

Who we are. Staymesh hosts the apartments shown on this website, in Brussels, and runs this website.

What we collect. When you send a booking request: your name, email, optional phone number, dates, number of guests and your message, to answer and, if confirmed, to host your stay. When you use the contact form: your name, email and message. When you use the chat: your questions, to answer them. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers.

Voice. Speaking to the chat uses your browser's own speech recognition and speech voices. We receive only the text of your question.

During your stay. We keep the booking details and what you tell us about your stay, to deliver it. Only the people who look after your stay can see them, access is logged, and your personal data is erased on request while anonymous booking records are kept for accounting.

Where it is stored. On Cloudflare's infrastructure (database and private file storage). Emails are sent through Resend. The chat may use Anthropic's API, with only the information needed to answer.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, or object to its use, through the contact form. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
